We have had many people and companies work various jobs in our home, but have never had such a professional and polite group of people. We honestly can't think of one single thing that was not of 100% top quality.... We love every bit of it and will only use Ty Nelson Design and Remodel from now on.

Ty Nelson is a detail-oriented perfectionist. He made the remodeling process smooth with a keen eye toward a finished product that is not only visually stunning, but solidly constructed. He is extremely organized with a construction schedule that finished on time.

Before our remodel I was embarrassed to host parties or have company in our kitchen. It was crowded, dark, outdated, and not vey functional. After Ty Nelson's amazing renovation, I now love hosting people and we are so proud of our kitchen. To say we highly recommend Ty Nelson Design & Remodel would be an understatement!

Ty was efficient and organized... I knew what costs were at every phase, when subcontractors would arrive, if there were going to be delays, etc. At the end of each day, tools were stored away and the place was swept and vacuumed if necessary, something I truly appreciated as I lived in my home during the renovation. Not only would I recommend Ty Nelson Design & Remodel without hesitation, I would use them again for other projects.

We have had two major remodel projects completed by Ty Nelson Design & Remodel. We selected them from three interviews and bids. Ty came through with the most realistic approach and price for our remodel project. Once the project started, Ty was in contact regularly besides he always answers a phone call. Ty and his employees were a pleasure to have in our home. The contractors he hires are equally as personable and professional. Should another remodel project arise, Ty will be the first one we call.

Ty provided us with a detailed schedule and cost estimate. Work started right on schedule. Ty met with us almost every day, reviewing each stage of work before it started and introducing us to his people and the contractors. We experienced no problems during the remodel, mostly because Ty is such a good communicator. He made sure that we were all on the same page and kept the work going smoothly and with minimal disruption for us. We will definitely choose Ty Nelson Design & Remodel for future projects!

Ty has vast knowledge about all aspects of the building industry, is personable and of utmost importance, has integrity. I was so grateful for the communication that I was consistently offered regarding progress on my project, and very impressed that all trades present in my home had the same goal... to have a great outcome. It was a big project, but I would do it all over again to have the opportunity to live in what is now a place that I love.
